Hey kiddos, you've all been doing a great job so far as we're half way through our 4th week of the winter Season. I want you all to take a second and reflect on what we've done in here so far, and what you want out of this by the end of the Season. I've seen a lot of dedication and hard work so far, but I know a few of us could push it a little more. As your coach, I want to see you all succeed and to do that you yourself has to put in the effort. Start thinking about that as we're coming close to the half way point of the entire season.

Strongman/Woman Sundays
Come learn the fundamentals of Strongman movements like tire flips, keg lifts, Atlas Stones, Yokes, axle bars, Farmers Walks, sled pushes/pulls and more! Plan on hitting 2-4 Strongman style WODs per class!
Running and Endurance Clinic
Over the course of March and April, CFLI members and non-CFLI running enthusiasts will be meeting twice a week to work on running technique, running strategy, and hit some good hard workouts.

What a week this is turning out to be! Teens and Kids hit a tough WOD on Monday and Tuesday with a lot of heart and a lot of sweat! Hope you're all ready to keep up that same discipline because we have some more tough ones coming your way!
Keep your eyes open for CrossFit... I heard that this past week CrossFit was done on the TV show "The Biggest Loser". WOW think this stuff is starting to spread yet? Like I said, you are all a part of something BIG! Keep up the good work!

School’s Out, CrossFit’s In!
If you're reading this that means it's Friday! Hope you had a good week at school and are ready for the weekend. Better yet, I hope you're ready for tomorrow! We have Kiddies, Kids, and Teens back-2-back-2-back for a Saturday afternoon of nothing but fun and hard work..I"M SO EXCITED!
So here's whats going on around here at the Box. We have an awesome event coming up that I want all of you to think about doing. No pressure, just a great opportunity to get down here for a good cause and get a great work-out in. It's called "Getting Jack'd" on February 19th.
Jack Dono is the nephew of CFLI die-hard, Dianna Wittenhagen. Jack is a wonderful 9-year old boy who is diagnosed with Menkes Disease, a rare genetic disorder that affects the body’s ability to absorb copper. Jack is in need of a new in-home adaptive chair. Unfortunately this chair is not covered under insurance. All proceeds from this event will go towards Jack’s new chair with any additional proceeds going to his school. Let’s help this amazing boy get his new chair!
Everyone who registers will be participating in 10 minute version of the Hero WOD "Jack", as well as receive a FREE t-shirt, and plenty of food and drinks.
