Mission of CFLI Kids / Teens
CFLI Kids/Teens has been established based off the principle that fitness should be FUN. We incorporate kids of all ability levels and instill life's most important values about maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle. Our "Exercise in Disguise" strategies mixed in with some ol' fashioned hard work enable us to help the Kids reach their potential as young athletes. With facing challenging tasks on a daily basis, CFLI Kids understand that not everything in life is easy at first, but they will succeed eventually. We are confident in our ability to create physically capable and emotionally confident young boys and girls, fully prepared for all of life's challenges.
