The same tools used for the most premier Strength and Conditioning facility on Long Island, magically become transformed into obstacle courses, agility courses, and learning mechanisms for the youngsters. In addition to modifiying the "adult" equipment, things like tumbling mats, and lightweight/plastic fitness equipment are strategically mixed in to the classroom to create a safe and exciting atmosphere where fun and fitness go hand-in-hand.
