Getting started is easy! You're already in the right place. Take a look around and read up on the program as much as possible, as well as heading over to www.CrossFitKids.com. Once you are ready to get your child enrolled, give us a buzz and talk to a coach about getting registered in the next season of CFLI Kids/Teens.
