Getting started is simple, you’ve already taken the first step. CrossFit is infinitely scaleable and can be individualized to help meet the needs of anyone. Whatever your current level of fitness is, whether a NCAA athlete or a couch potato, you’re ready for us and we’re ready for you.
If you are interested in getting started, contact us for your free one-on-one trial, or free “drop-in” class. This will be a chance for you to come down and try us out with no commitment or contract.
Once you’ve realized that CrossFit is the choice for you, you will be entitled to a free 30 minute consultation session in which you will sit down with the head trainer and discuss certain topics (i.e. your current level of fitness, health/ injury concerns, fitness background, etc). Most importantly this is where we will discuss your GOALS and how we will help you meet and exceed them.
After the consultation, you will be able to jump right into our Group workouts workouts. You will be placed in a group of equal ability members and get started right away. Yes, these will be appropriate for you’re current level of fitness, but challenging nonetheless.
