CrossFit Long Island is located at 54E Old Dock Road in Yaphank, NY.  The building is in Sills Industrial Park, directly off Route 101 (Sills Road).  The industrial park is directly opposite Baseball Heaven Sports Complex.

From the LIE: Take Exit 66 South (Sills Rd/101).  Proceed approximately ½ mile and you will see the entrance to Sills Industrial Park on the left.  You must continue another hundred yards or so until you see a turnaround.  Make a U-turn here and an immediate right into the industrial park.

From Sunrise Highway: Take Exit 55 North (Sills Road/101).  Proceed North over Woodside Ave, and past Sunshine Square Plaza (on right).  Continue North over station road and approximately another ½ mile until you see the entrance to Sills Industrial on right (the entrance sneaks up a little bit so when you can see the field lights across the street at baseball heaven, you are getting close).

Once you are in Sills Industrial:

Continue straight down the main road for about ¼ – ½ of a mile.  You will see a greenish building with a Deli (Old Dock Deli) and another store (Peter’s Produce), the very next entrance is 54 Old Dock Road, we are in Suite E on the right hand side.  Keep your eyes peeled for hard workers and dedicated individuals.  Welcome to the team.
