Hey everyone sorry for the lack of posts lately. Like I mentioned, it has been a hectic couple of days.
CFLI had a great showing down in Ocean City, MD, with the following members performing well:
Ian Fogarty/Chris Costelloe (team)- 4th Place Landline Rescue Race (outstanding performance in their tournament debut)
Joe Pluhowski- 6th place in 2k run
Patrick Scribner- 10th place 2k run/ 4th place surfboard Rescue Paddle
Tim Dooley- 12th place 2k run
Brianne Jackolski- 3rd place Beach Flags
Smith Point took home another Regional Title and it’s safe to say CFLI was very well represented. Our next tournament will be the Long Island Championships at Smith Point Beach on July 26th. CrossFit Long Island will also be sponsoring part of the tournament. Let’s get a good crowd down there!
Saturday classes will run as normally scheduled and Monday we will resume our regular weekly schedule. Work hard!!
