Hey everyone please be informed that we will be running a slightly adjusted schedule this upcoming week. This is due to the fact that our trainers Pat, Ian, Chris, Brianne, and myself will be traveling down to Ocean City, Maryland to compete in the USLA Mid-Atlantic Lifesaving Championships for the majority of the week. Wish us luck!
Schedule changes:
NO 8:30pm SESSIONS ALL WEEK
Wednesday: No middle school wrestlers, No Pat-Med varsity wrestlers (classes will be made-up)
Thursday: No Pat-Med Girls Lax (class will be made up)

Sit ups are with abmat and feet anchored with dumbells. Hands must touch dumbells at top of every rep. GHD’s are also an option.
